5.0m Thermalbonding Wadding Production Line

Feilong Thermalbonding wadding production line adopts advanced through-air thermal bonding technology. Hot air penetrates the fiber web to melt low-melting-point fibers, which bond with one another and form premium glue-free wadding featuring loftiness, softness and excellent resilience.

The integrated line covers fiber opening & blending, carding & web forming, hot-air setting, automatic cutting and winding to realize fully automatic production. Equipped with on-line basis weight monitoring and intelligent control system, it precisely guarantees consistent product quality and stable running. The high-efficiency energy-saving hot-air oven delivers superior heat utilization and high productivity.

Working width ranges from 2.5m to 5.0m. Finished wadding boasts high loft, great warmth retention, outstanding elasticity and comfortable breathability. It is widely applied in home textiles, mattresses, furniture, automotive interiors and thermal insulation filling.
